1. Ordering & Accuracy Disclaimer
All orders are processed strictly based on the Part Numbers (OEM/MPN) provided in the procurement list. Our team conducts a multi-step verification process to ensure that the parts match your requested numbers before shipment. By confirming an order, the buyer acknowledges that the parts identified by these numbers are correct for their intended application.

2. No "Reasonless" Returns
Due to the nature of international B2B trade and the high costs of logistics and customs, we do not support "no-reason" returns or refunds. Once an order is confirmed and the preparation/procurement process begins, the order is considered binding.

3. Cancellation & Refunds (Pre-Shipment)
- Special Orders/Non-Stock Items: Once the procurement process has started, cancellations are not accepted.
- Standard Stock Items: For frequently stocked items, if the goods have not yet been shipped, a refund request may be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to apply a restocking or processing fee.
4. Mis-shipments & Seller Errors
In the event that the item received does not match the Part Number on the confirmed proforma invoice (PI) due to our error:

- Please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the cargo.
- We will provide a replacement/re-shipment of the correct parts.
- We will negotiate a fair solution regarding the mis-shipped items (e.g., return at our expense or a discount for the buyer to keep them).
5. Damages during Transit
As this is international trade, risk transfer depends on the agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW). We recommend buyers inspect the outer packaging immediately upon arrival and document any damage before signing for the shipment to facilitate insurance claims.
